Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This can lead to headaches, back pain and other health problems, such as depression, heart disease, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
