Fruits and veggies, however, are good for us since they have essential vitamins and mineral that our bodies require.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are many exercises you can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.
